2003年2月26日，辽宁盼盼123-110香港飞龙，郭士强此役23投12中，贡献28分11篮板12助攻5抢断1盖帽的全面数据。全场比赛，郭士强不仅仅是得分王，也是两队唯一一个助攻上双的球员。
彼时辽宁盼盼深陷保级泥潭，在面对积分垫底的香港飞龙，郭士强作为当时队内唯一的国手，得分篮板助攻一把抓。在第三节命中两记三分之后，让比赛提前进入练兵时间。
此役的表现也让郭士强成为辽宁男篮队史首位得到20+三双的球员。
在此之前，CBA联赛历史上本土球员只有胡卫东斩获过20+三双。（2000年1月26日对阵吉林通钢的比赛中得到29分10篮板11助攻）
